摘要
隐性课程是高等职业教育课程的重要组成部分,高素质技能型人才的培养离不开隐性课程。在准确把握高职隐性课程涵义、特征及结构的基础上,充分认识隐性课程在当今高职教育内涵建设中的重要意义,并提出加强高职隐性课程建设的途径。
Hidden curriculum is an important component of higher vocational education, and quality and skills training of personnel can not be separated from hidden curriculum. On the basis of full understanding of the connotation, features and structure of hidden curriculum in higher vocational education, and awareness of the importance of hidden curriculum in the contemporary vocational education, this paper presents five countermeasures on the course development and establishment of hidden curriculum in higher vocational education.
