摘要
过去15年来,由资产服务与证券化交易、投资银行与保险业务和其他运营性服务构成的附加非利息收入使得美国商业银行非利息收入得以实现阶梯式的发展。商业银行中间业务实质上来源于所提供的账户、交易、信用与混业服务。本文提出中国商业银行中间业务发展的路径应为立足账户服务、发展交易服务、推动信用服务、关注混业服务。笔者认为该路径的实现在于构建有效的领导、形成梯次发展的能力和进行科学的创新。
In the past 15 years, additional non-interest income, composed of asset service income, securitization business income, investment banking income, insurance-related income and other operational service incomes, drives non-interest income of US commercial banks grow by leaps and bounds. In fact, commercial bank's intermediary income mainly stems from account service, transaction service and credit service. Therefore, the development route of intermediary business of Chinese commercial banking should be targeted at establishing account service, expanding transaction service, furthering credit service and paying close attention to mixed operation. The realization of this development route strategy relies on creating effective leadership, forming ladder-like abilities and making scientific innovations.
