摘要
毕业生就业率的高低,反映了学校人才培养质量,影响到学校的招生办学和发展。总结分析毕业生就业工作经验,找出问题和不足,提出新的对策,对今后做好毕业生就业工作具有积极的推动作用。
The employment rate of the graduates reflects the talent - cultivating quality of colleges and influences the student recruiting and college development. It has active and driving function for the graduates employment in the future summing up the employment experience of college graduates, finding out the problems and disadvantages and bringing out countermeasures.
