摘要
根据株洲冶炼集团有限责任公司常压富氧直接浸出炼锌工程中的关键设备——Φ7.5m反应器长、重、大的特点,以及现场有限条件不利于设备吊装的情况,选择倒装方法吊装反应器,文章详细论述采用倒装法吊装反应器吊装的方法以及吊装桅杆和吊具的选择,对强度校核进行详细分析;文中涉及的各种器具的分析计算、选择式中选取的参数均可在现场获取,更适用于施工现场各种器具的分析计算与选择。
The φ7.5 m reactor is one of essential equipment of the atmospheric pressure rich oxygen direct leaching in zinc engineering in Zhuzhou Smelting Group Co. Ltd, it is difficult to be hoisted because the equipment is long, heavy, huge and limited condition for hoisting on site, so reversal installation method is adopted to hoist the reactor. This paper describes the method and the selection of the mast and sling, analyzes the intensity check in detail. The analysis and calculation of the apparatus concerned in the paper and the selected parameter of the equation are suitable for construction spot.
