摘要
提出一种新型光数据包结构,给出基于该结构的光数据包的组包和信息头提取方案。设计了基于SOA-XPM的全光逻辑与门,利用该与门在2.5 Gbit/s的传输速率下对光数据包信息头提取方案进行了数值模拟。结果表明,采用该结构的光数据包具有信息头内容提取容易的优点,适合在全光交换网络中传输。
A novel structure of transmitted packet is proposed. The schemes for packet building and header extraction are given. Meanwhile, by using a novel all-optical logic AND gate based on SOA-XPM, the numerical simulation for packet header extraction was achieved at 2. 5 Gbit/s. The result shows that based on this structure, the packet can easily extract header information, and is suitable for transmitting in switching network.
