摘要
以工业芴为原料,用丙烯酸丁酯为烷基化试剂,在温和的条件下,通过一步反应合成了9,9-双-(丙酸丁酯基)芴;研究了反应物摩尔数、反应时间和温度对合成反应的影响.结果表明最佳反应条件是:芴与丙烯酸丁酯的摩尔比为1∶8,反应时间为20m in,温度为35℃;以FeC l3为聚合催化剂,合成了可溶性的聚芴衍生物聚9,9-双-(丙酸丁酯基)芴;用DSC、IR、1HNMR、MS对其结构进行了表征.
Synthesis of 9,9 - bis( butyl propionate)fluorene from butyl acrylate as alkylation reagent and fluorene as starting material has been performed using benzyltrmethylammonium methoxide as catalyst . The results show that the reaction time can be efficiently shortened and the product yield can be significantly increased, and 9,9 - bis ( butyl propionate)fluorene is obtained in 95% yield. The homopelymer of soluble pelyfluorene is obtained from oxidative coupling polymerization under FeCl3 catalyzed. The product is characterized by DSC, IR, 1^HNMR and MS.
