摘要
固定化结胞技术降解有害有机物是目前较为先进的生物处理废水的方法,可以从废水中除去有害性有机物.该研究以海藻酸钠作为LAS降解菌LAS1的固定化载体,通过摇床恒温培养考察了时间、温度、pH、以及底物LAS的浓度等因子对LAS降解效果的影响.实验结果表明,LAS1在LAS浓度为110mg/L,pH7,温度30℃,转速为120r/min,培养2d,其LAS的降解率最高达到95%.
The degradation of LAS by immobilized cell technique is a presently rather advanced biological method in treating waste water, and is capable of removing the harmful organic matter. Sodium alginate was selected as the carrier for immobilization of LAS1, and the degradation effect of LAS was observed by culturing the immobilized LAS1 at the different temperature, concentration of LAS, pH, and time. The result shows that: the optimum conditions for degradation LAS is 30 ℃,pH7, 110 mg/L LAS and the rate of degradation could reach as high as 95 %.
