灵芝深层发酵生物富集铁的探讨

摘要 采用了不同培养方式、培养基和铁源,探讨了灵芝深层发酵生物富集铁的方法.结果表明:最佳铁源为硫酸亚铁,最佳添加量为0.02%,灵芝菌丝体生物量为16.43g/L,富集率为54.36%. With different cultural methods, culture mediums and iron sources, the accumulating process of iron in G. Lucidum by deep-submerged fermentation is studied. The results show that the best iron source is ferrous sulfate, its optimum addition quantity is 0.02 %, the biomass of G Lucidun strains is 16.43g/L, and the ratio of accumulation reaches to 54.36 %.
