摘要
本文介绍一种新型电动三轴飞行仿真转台的设计技术及其主要性能。该转台采用微机实时控制,力矩电机直接驱动,高灵敏度测速机和高分辨度光电编码器反馈。在控制方案中除了采用三环反馈控制和前馈补偿控制之外,还引入先进的智能控制策略,从而显著地提高了系统性能。该转台可以满足多种类型飞机。
This paper presents the methodology of design and test results of a three axis motion simulator which has been developed recently. New techniques adapted in the simulator include real time control with micro computer,direct drive with DC torque motor and feedbacks with high sensitivity tachometer and high resolution photo electric encoder.Besides the all state feedback control and feedforward compensation control,and advanced intelligent controller is used in the control scheme.As a result,the system performance is improved greatly. The simulator can meet the demands of simulation tests of flight control systems for many kinds of airplanes and missiles.
