摘要
建立了中频电源启动过程4个阶段的等效电路,分析了负载变化对并联逆变晶闸管中频电源电路启动的影响,建立了各阶段电路参数与晶闸管触发导通及反压关断的关系,基于负载充磁启动原理,提出了能使并联逆变晶闸管中频电源可靠启动的方法,进而提出了并联逆变晶闸管辅助电路参数的设计方法,用500kW/1kHz并联逆变中频电源的PSpice仿真实验证明了此方法的正确性.
In the paper, four stages equivalent circuits of starting process to medium-frequency power are established. It is analyzed that the variation of load has an influence on medium-frequency power starting circuit of inverter SCR in parallel. Relations between the circuit parameter of the stages with the SCR of activity and shutoff are established. Based on the principle of load starting in charge magnetism, the method is proposed,in which the medium-frequency power of parallel inverter SCR can be started reliably. And then,a design method of assist circuit parameter for the inverter SCR in parallel is proposed. For an exampie with PSpice simulation experiment of 500kW/lkHz parallel inverter medium-frequency power, the correctness of the method is tested and verified.
