摘要
针对目前提速使用的设计时速为100km/h的转8AG型和转8G型货车转向架侧架,采用有限元分析方法进行静强度计算.分析结果表明,转8AG型和转8G型货车转向架侧架整体上满足强度要求,应力最大部位发生在承台拐角、轴箱拐角和三角透视孔部位,这些部位在车辆实际运行中应给予重点关注.对转8AG型侧架进行了静强度测试,测试结果与计算结果基本一致.同时对转8AG型和转8G型侧架进行了比较分析,结果表明,转8G型侧架的强度指标明显优于转8AG型侧架.
The static strength of zhuan 8AG type and zhuan 8G type wagon bogie side frames that are used in rapiding speed from design speed 100km/h now is calculated by finite element analysis means. The analysis result shows that zhuan SAG type and zhuan 8G type wagon bogie side frames met the corresponding strength requirement on the whole. The most stress position is occurred at platform corner, axle box corner and triangle perspective hole. The position should be concerned specially in the vehicle running actually. The static strength of zhuan SAG type side frame is tested. Test result and the result of calculation are basically identical. Comparative analysis of zhuan 8AG type and zhuan 8G type side frames is carried on at the same time. The result indicates that the strength index of zhuan 8G type side frame is obviously superior to zhuan 8AG type side frame.
