摘要
行政组织法是规范行政组织、控制行政组织的法律,由于种种原因,我国的行政组织法还存在很多的问题,只有通过加强组织法建设,硬性规定行政机构的设置,限制机关工作人员的数量,引进人大监督机制对行政机关进行监督,我国的行政组织法才能得以完善,行政法治才能拥有法制的组织基础。
The so- called administrative organization law is the law that standardizes and adjusts the legal relations of administrative organizations. Because of certain reasons, there are lots of problems in the administrative organization of our country. In order to improve the administrative law of our country and to make administrative executive based on institution, we have to strengthen organization law construction, firmly arrange for the administrative authorities, limit the amount of the members of the authorities and introduce the supervision mechanism adopted by the People＇s Congress.
