培养一支师德高尚、结构合理、数量充足、队伍稳定,既胜任教学、又善于科研的专职教师队伍,是民办高校迈向现代大学的必由之路。而专职教师队伍的培养,师德建设是基础,教学科研能力建设是核心,师资队伍稳定是保障。
It is the only approach for private college to grow into a modem college, in which they have their own teachers with lofty virtue. The teachers group should be well - structured, enough in quantity, stable in number, good at teaching as well as doing some research. Construction of the professional teachers group with fine virtues and stable number is the basic task, and scientific research should be the center of teacher＇ s construction.
