摘要
科研管理是高校建设的重要组成部分,建立和谐的管理体系对于科研工作的可持续发展具有重要意义。从四个方面对科研管理体系的改进提出了建议,并从"和谐"的本质意义出发,归纳得出构建和谐科研管理体系的最终呈现。
The scientific research management is the important constituent of the universities constructs. Establishing the harmonious management system have the vital significance regarding the sustainable development of the scientific research work. This article gives the suggestion proposed from four aspects to the scientific research management system improvement, and the essential significance embarks from ＂harmony＂. The harmonious scientific research management system is constructed finally.
