摘要
介绍了改良型水解酸化+生物接触氧化工艺处理蓝湿皮生产废水的实例,处理后水中的COD、BOD5和NH4+-N浓度均低于污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)中的二级标准。该工艺流程预处理作用强、运行费用低、易于操作、NH4+-N去除效果好、无二次污染、投资省,是处理蓝湿皮废水的有效方法。
A practical case of technological process of "improved type hydrolytic acidification-biological contact oxidation" for treating wet blue skin sewage was introduced,COD,BOD5 and NH4^+-N concentration all after treatment were lower than the secondard class of Sewage Comprehensive Discharging Standard(GB8978-1996).As the technological process was paid attention to wastewater pretreatment, it possessed the advantages of low operating cost, simple and convenient management, easy operation, better NH4^+-N removal effect, no secondary pollution and less investment. The practice showed that the process was very successful for the treatment of the wet blue skin sewage and had high practical value.
