摘要
清末言情小说上承明清世情小说,下启民初言情小说,是世纪之交小说体例与观念过渡的重要时期。清末特殊的社会、政治、文化背景,对小说家的创作产生了深刻的影响,使得清末言情小说形成了"借儿女言家国"、"借儿女言节义"、"借儿女言自由"等三种最具代表性的主题模式,这种主题模式虽然流行很短,但在近代小说转形史上是具有历史意义的,同时,它也为社会言情小说的发展铺平了道路。
The sentimental novel by the end of Qing Dynasty was the continue of the novel of the Ming and Qing Dynasties that concerned worldly affairs and the beginning of the sentimental novel of the early Ming Dynasty. It was an important period about the style of the novel and the transition of the conception. The particular society ,politics and cultural background of the late Qing dynasty had a profound influence on the novelists' creation, caused the sentimental novel of the late Qing dynasty to form three representative subject pattern "employing young man and woman in love to manifest family and country"," employing young man and woman in love to express righteousness"," employing young man and woman in love to express freedom". Although this kind of subject pattern had been popular only for a short time, it had a historical significance in the transitional history of modern novel. Meanwhile, it also paved the way for the development of social sentimental novel.
