摘要
1999年至2003年连续5年追踪测量了黄冈市实验小学学生的生长发育状况。被测量的103名学生均为1992年出生。结果表明,黄冈市小学生的身高、体重及克托莱指数均低于全国城市同龄学生,两性身高增长的交叉年龄在11岁,比全国城市平均水平推迟1年,体重没有出线交叉现象,与全国城市学生一致。黄冈市小学生体质发育滞后于全国城市平均水平可能与该地区的社会经济发展水平和学业负担较重有关。
The status of the growth development of 103 pupils born in 1992 was surveyed from 1999 to 2003. The results showed that the values of height, weight and Quitelet index of the pupils were lower than that of Chinese urban pupils of same age, the both-sex cross age of height in Huanggang city was at 11 years old, which was one year later than that of Chinese urban pupils. But the cross age of body weight did not occur, which was in accordance with that of Chinese urban pupils. The facts that the physical development of pupils in Huanggang city was delayed might be related with the lagged social and economical development in the area and heavier learning duty for the pupils.
