摘要 为了改善羰基铁粉与有机及高分子物质的相容性,选用硅烷偶联剂对羰基铁粉颗粒进行改性,并采取减少水的加入量降低偶联剂水解速率,促进偶联剂分子在颗粒表面的吸附.改性羰基铁粉颗粒表面包覆层在透射电镜中可观察到并达到40 nm.红外光谱和差示扫描量热分析表明,硅烷偶联剂对羰基铁粉粒子表面进行了良好的修饰,有效促进了羰基铁粉的进一步应用. The surface organic modification of powdered carbonyl iron particles is necessary for the enhancement of its adhesion to organic or polymeric materials. In this paper, Silane coupling agent was used for the surface modification of Carhonyl iron powder. To achieve a good modification of the Carbonyl iron powder, reducing the addition of H20 is the best choice. TEM micrographs show a 40nm organic layer on the surface of Carbonyl iron particles. Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and differential scanning calorimetric analysis show that the coupling agent absorbed on the particle surface. This makes carbonyl iron powder have a wide prospect of application.
