摘要
[目的]研究苜蓿对钴的吸收利用规律及苜蓿体内微量元素之间的相互关系。[方法]在叶面喷施试验中,设喷施硫酸钴3个Co水平:100、300、600mg/kg,研究了不同施钴水平对紫花苜蓿干草产量和微量元素含量及积累量的影响。[结果]喷施硫酸钴可以显著提高苜蓿干草产量,其中施钴量为300mg/kg的处理效果最好,比对照CK(清水)提高27.53%。喷施硫酸钴可显著提高苜蓿钴和锌的含量,显著降低苜蓿硼、硒的含量,对苜蓿钼、铁、锰、铜含量没有显著的影响。喷施硫酸钴可显著提高苜蓿钴、硼、铁、锰、铜、锌等微量元素营养物质积累量,除钴积累量以施钴量为600mg/kg的处理最高外,其余元素积累量都以施钴量为300mg/kg的处理最高。喷施硫酸钴可显著降低苜蓿硒的积累量,对苜蓿钼积累量没有显著的影响。[结论]不同施钴水平对苜蓿体内微量元素的含量和微量元素营养物质的积累量影响不同。
Objective The purpose was to study the absorption and utilization law of cobalt and the interrelationship among trace elements in Alfalfa.Method In the leaf spraying experiment,cobalt sulfate spraying was set at 3 cobalt levels:100,300 and 600 mg/kg to study the effects of applying cobalt with different levels on the dry grass yield,trace elements contents and accumulation amount of Alfalfa.Result Spraying cobalt sulfate could significantly increase dry grass yield of Alfalfa,in which the effect of treatment with cobalt application of 300 mg/kg was best,increasing 27.53 % than CK(clear water).Spraying cobalt sulfate could significantly increase cobalt and zinc contents,decrease boron and selenium contents,and had no significant influence on molybdenum,iron,manganese and copper contents in Alfalfa.Spraying cobalt sulfate could significantly increase the accumulation amount of trace elements nutrients of cobalt,boron,iron,manganese,copper and zinc and etc.Except that the cobalt accumulation amount in treatment with cobalt application of 600 mg/kg was highest,that of the other elements was highest in the treatment with cobalt application of 300 mg/kg.Spraying cobalt sulfate could significantly decrease the accumulation amount of selenium,and had no significant influence on the accumulation of molybdenum in Alfalfa.Conclusion Application of cobalt with different levels has different influences on the trace elements contents and the accumulation amount of trace elements nutrients.
