摘要
阐述了农业植物种质资源传统取样方法的优缺点,论述了采用划分居群的野外采样保存的新方法,介绍了农业野生植物种质资源采样入圃保存标准操作规程,并指出了建立该标准的意义。
The merits and demerits of the method in traditional sample collecting in field for agricultural wild plant germplasm resources were discussed.The new method of sample collecting in field according to the natural populations were reported.The sample collecting and the standard practice of agricultural wild plant germplasm resources were introduced.The meaning of founding this standard was pointed out.
