摘要
近年来随着我国高校体制改革的不断深入,推动了高校基层学术组织的变革,对新时期高校基层党支部建设方面提出了新的要求。现阶段,高校需要通过构架更加合理、有效的基层党支部,来提高基层党支部的活力与生命力。
Transformation in the basic academic organization these years has impelled the education system reforms in our country and put forward the new requirement of the construction of the basic Party branch in university. Now, University needs to improve the energy and vitality of the basic Party branch through setting up the reasonable and effective basic party branch.
