摘要
分析了镗床镗削同轴孔时,镗销工艺对尺寸精度的影响,用悬臂刀具镗削孔系时孔系之间的位置关系和尺寸关系对孔系加工精度的影响,并取孔同轴度误差最小为目标,对多刀镗销加工时镗杆上两刀距离进行优化选择,指出可通过适当的加工工艺、孔系结构设计和优化镗杆尺寸等途径提高精镗时箱体孔同轴度。
Analyzed boring technique influences on size precision in coaxial bore boring, influences on process precision from location and size relations between bore series when cantilever cutter is used. To take the minimum coaxial error as the target, optimized distance between two cutters on the boring rod during multiple cutters boring, pointed out through ways to take suitable processing technique, bore series structural design and boring rod size optimizing can promote coaxial precision of trunk holes.
