摘要
针对管道自流输送充填系统中管口出流的不利影响,通过管道自流输送中浆体流动状态的研究,提出了应用于充填出流的等量分流技术,并参照多口出流的水力学研究成果,进行了理论分析和公式推导,完成了充填系统卸流管的设计。工业试验表明,采用该项技术后,充填体的均质性、充填体强度和充填系统输送的稳定性均有较大的改善。
With the aims to overcome the drawbacks of end - outlet discharge in mine filling with pipeline transport by gravity, the flowing status of slurry in pipeline transporting by gravity was studied, a isometric flow distribution technology applied to slurry discharge in filling. Also, referring to hydraulics research a- chievements about multi -outlet discharge, the theoretic analysis and formula deduction for the isometric flow distribution technol- ogy of filling slurry were carried out, a discharge pipeline of transport system of filling slurry was designed. The field test resuits showed that the homogeneousness and strength of filling mass, stability of filling system were improved owing to the application of the isometric flow distribution technology.
