摘要
为实现对油田在用高压热洗清蜡车工作过程进行全程检测,利用MCS系列单片机以及12位A/D器件等开发的数据采集系统,辅助必要的传感器,对日常热洗过程中温度、压力、油料消耗及洗井水量进行实时采集存储,实现了对检测数据信息的数字化处理,方便对单井热洗周期及效果进行完整分析和评价,同时可优化生产参数,降本增效,提高了热洗工作效率和工作质量.系统运行表明,该系统具有相对误差小,稳定性好,操作方便等优点.
In order to detect the whole working process of the high pressure thermal cleaning dewaxing truck, MCS series SCM and 12 bit A/D Elements are uscd to design the data acquisition systcm. It can acquire and store data of temperature, pressure, consumcd oils and Water Volume of well - washing in the daily thermal cleaning process with assistant necessary sensors. The system realizes digital treatment of dctectcd data, conveniently analyse and evaluate the effect and period of single wcll thermal clcaning. The system optimizes production parameter, reduces cost, increases benefit, raises the thermal clcaning working efficiency and quality. The system operation shows that it possesses the advantages of higher accuracy and stability, and convcnicnt operation.
