摘要
对２２例颅内疾病患者４１例次颈内动脉穿刺行介入性治疗的效果观察。结果显示：颈内动脉穿刺给药法可避免颈外动脉分流，提高病变部位药物浓度，较单纯静脉给药法效果好。
Intervenient therapy of 22 patients with intracranial diseases was done by internal carotid artery medication (41 times).The result showed that using this method the arterial shunt may be avoided,the local drug concentration increased and the method is better than only intravenous medication.The method and patients' situation are in detail presented.
