就十里河灌区如何加强节水改造,解决灌溉用水,提高灌区水的利用率,提出了建议。
This paper advances some suggestions on how Shilihe Irrigation Area to strengthen the water-saving transformation, solve the irrigation water and improve the utilization ratio of the water in irrigation area.
