摘要
本文在调查研究长沙市高职教育发展基本情况的基础上,总结了近几年来的发展状况及存在的问题。结合人口统计数据及人才需求情况,预测了未来几年高职学生招生规模变化趋势及人才需求趋势。最后,建议长沙高职院校抓住机遇,加快发展;创新机制,深化改革;面向市场,服务地方;强化技能,提高质量;产学结合,办出特色。
The article outlines the present circumstance and existing problems during the latest several years of higher vocational education in Changsha at the base of full investigation and research. According to population statistical data and talent demand data, the article forecasts the future tendency of freshman enrollment and skill talents＇ demand. Finally, it proposes that we should catch opportunity and accelerate development; innovate mechanism and deepen reform; orient market and serve the local; strengthen skills and improve quality; make production connect with learning and cultivate character, etc.
