摘要
面对科技发展应用与人类伦理道德的激烈冲突,从科学发展观、观念的更新、机制的优化、责任的重塑、道德的控御等方面,给出了寻找科技与道德协调发展的对策,旨在实现科技与道德高层次的协调发展。
Faced with fierce conflict of the development of science-technology and human ethics,this article＇ from science development view, the idea renewal,the mechanism optimization,the responsibility fostering,the morals controlling and so on, seeks science-technology and the morals coordinated development purpose of realizing science-technology and the moral high level coordinated development.
