摘要
浙江省是经济大省,但是由于资源短缺、科技资源配置不合理等带来的一系列问题制约着经济的高速、可持续发展。对浙江省科技资源配置现状进行调研,并对环杭州湾、金衢丽、温台3个产业带的区域经济内的科技资源配置能力进行SWOT分析,为浙江省科技资源的合理配置,促进经济强省建设,提出了相关的建议和对策。
The ability of the technical resources disposition reflects local technical resources operation situation fundamentally. As a strong economical problems which are posed by the lack has investigated the present situation province,the reasonability of technical resources disposition can alleviate the of technical resources and also acceleration economy development. The essay of science and technology resources disposition in Zhejiang Province and analyzed the ability of the technical resources disposition among the three areas：Huanhangzhouwan,Jinquli and Wentai with the method of SWOT, Further more,to disposition the technical resources reasonably and to construction economy strong province, the related proposal and the countermeasure have also been put forward.
