摘要
用免疫组织化学厅法观察39例结肠癌凋亡相关基因bcl-2和bax的表达,以17例结肠腺瘤作为对照。结果显示:bcl-2(包括强和弱阳性)和bax在结肠癌和结肠腺瘤的表达率分别为33.33%、41.03%、30.77%和41.18%、23.53%、41.18%,结肠癌和结肠腺瘤中bcl-2和bax表达率比较均无显著性差异(均P>0.05)。bcl-2在结肠癌高、中分化型与低分化型阳性表达其强阳性问均存在显著性差异(P<0.05);而bax则否(P>0.05)。研究表明,bcl-2与结肠癌分化有关。bcl-2和bax在结肠癌中的表达呈显著性正相关(r=0.67,P<0.01)。二者与结肠癌Dukes临床分期无直接相关。
Expressions of apoptosis related gene bcl-2 and bax in 39 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 17 cases of colorectal adenomas as contrast were detected by Streptavidin-biotin-peroxidase complex (SABC) method. The results revealed that bcl-2 immunoreactivity (strongly and weakly positive) and bax im-munoreactivity in colorectal carcinomas and adenomas respectively were 33. 33%, 41. 03% , 30. 77% and41. 18% ,23. 53% ,41. 18% ,there were no obvious difference between expressions of bcl-2 and bax in colorectal carcinomas and adenomas (P>0. 05). Expressions of bcl-2 in well or moderately differentiated colorectal carcinomas were significantly different from poorly differentiated colorectal carcinomas (P<0. 05) ,but there were no obvious difference in expression of bax. Expressions of bcl-2 and bax in coiorectal carcinoma were correlated positively (r = 0. 67,P<0. 01). The results suggested expressions of bcl-2 and bax were related to differentiation in coiorectal tumors,and expressions of bcl-2 and bax in coiorectal carcinomas had no correlation with Dukes clinic stages of coiorectal carcinomas.
