摘要
近年来我国房地产价格节节攀升,房地产泡沫引起了广泛关注。造成房地产泡沫的主要原因包括改革惯性作用、土地资源稀缺性、商业银行过度信货、开发商炒作及市场预期等。房地产泡沫治理应从房地产泡沫产生的原因出发。
The housing price climbs gradually in recent years. The real estate bubble gets more and more concern. The government carries on a series of adjustment policy on the real estate, but the housing price develops rapidly. The countermeasures of the real estate bubble should be given from the reasons of the real estate bubble.
