摘要
诞生于20世纪90年代的企业流程再造理论,是管理学发展史中的重要理论之一.在简述流程再造理论的基础上,以分析我国对流程再造理论的应用现状为重点,提出目前应用该理论所存在的问题,并提出相应的应对措施,期望能够使读者掌握再造理论实质及在我国的应用状况.
In 1990, professor Michael Hammer and James Champy issued an important theory in management history, named Business Process Reengineering. Based on BPR brief introduction, this article fouces on the application of BPR in China with exsiting issues, and provides solutions against the issues. The objective of this paper is to help readers understand BPR theory and current application situation in China.
