摘要
应用机构优化平衡理论,在不改变原有机器结构和设计的约束条件下,对单缸发动机曲柄连杆机构平衡系统的平衡参数进行了分析和优化设计,并与传统平衡方法的设计结果进行了比较.理论计算和实验测量结果均表明,文中优化平衡方法能有效地减少整机的振动响应.
This paper analyses the parameters of balancing system for crank mechanism in the single piston engine and proposes a new method in which the optimum balancing theory of mechanism is used in designing the parameters. The construction and constraint conditions of this new method are the same as those in the original machine. The results of the new method and the commonly used method are compared, and the calculation and experimental results show that the new method can efficiently reduce the vibration response of the engine.
