摘要
分析了当今仪器设备报废的特点、现状和原因,介绍了建立健全仪器设备报废管理制度的重要性和必要性。从报废仪器设备的规范管理、报废标准等方面进行了探讨和阐述,并提出了具体的报废新思路。实践证明新思路已经取得了一定的成效。
This paper analyzed the characteristics,the present situation and the causes of the instruments and installations,discarding.It also introduced the importance and necessity of establishing the management system about the discarding of instruments and installations.A lot of studies on the normal management,discarding criterion etc.were made.A new train of thoughts about how to discard instruments and installations was put forward.It is proved by practice that the new train of thoughts has produced a marked effect.
