摘要
本文采用GC-MS联用技术,对延边地区部分黄蒿中挥发油的化学成分进行了分析。由色谱图可以看出,该挥发油共有50多种化合物,经过数据库检索,鉴定出了42个化合物。其主要成分为反-罗勒烯(19.6%);β-荜澄茄油烯(10.4%);β-月挂烯(9.9%);1-柠檬烯(9.3%);1-β-蒎烯(12.6%);反-石竹(8.1%)等。
The chemical composition of essential oil of Artemesia Scoparia Woe-dstfrom Yanbian Region were studied by means of GC-MS. Over 50 compounds havebeen extracted from Yanbian Region's Artemesia Scoparia Woe-dst and 42 compoundswere identified-Among them, the major constituents are trans-Ocimene(19.6%),β-Cubebene(10.4%),β-Myrcene(9.9%), 1-β-Pinene(12.6%), trans-Caryophyllens(8.1%)ete.
