摘要
本文采用GC-MS联用技术，对延边地区部分黄蒿中挥发油的化学成分进行了分析。由色谱图可以看出，该挥发油共有50多种化合物，经过数据库检索，鉴定出了42个化合物。其主要成分为反-罗勒烯（19．6％）；β-荜澄茄油烯（10．4％）；β-月挂烯（9．9%）；1-柠檬烯（9.3%）；1-β-蒎烯（12.6%）；反-石竹（8．1%）等。
The chemical composition of essential oil of Artemesia Scoparia Woe-dstfrom Yanbian Region were studied by means of GC-MS. Over 50 compounds havebeen extracted from Yanbian Region's Artemesia Scoparia Woe-dst and 42 compoundswere identified-Among them, the major constituents are trans-Ocimene(19.6%),β-Cubebene(10.4%),β-Myrcene(9.9%), 1-β-Pinene(12.6%), trans-Caryophyllens(8.1%)ete.
