摘要
风景是旅游资源的精华和主体，山水风景作为风景的主体，在旅游开发中既是主要的观赏客体，又起到风景总特征基本骨架作用．山水风景旅游资源开发潜力很大，以山水风景观赏游览为主要目的的旅游仍然是当前和今后旅游活动的基本形式。文章着重对山水风景旅游资源的综合配套开发、山水文化旅游开发及山水风景旅游持续发展等重大问题提出了建设性意见．
It is considered that scenery is the essence and subject in tourism regources. As the subject of scenery resources, landscape is not only the main sightseeing object, but also plays a basic framework role in the overall scenery features. The sightseeing which takes landscape as the main part of tourism is still the basic tourism activities at present and in the future. There are great potentialities in tourism resources of landscape. Along with the rapid development of modern tourist industry, new tourism resources are constantly emerging, tourism behaviour becomes various and gradually rises to higher demand level,and the development of tourism regources of landscape is now facing the new challenges and opportunities. In order to adapt the various demands of modern tourist adtivities, it is suggested to strengthen the explortation, deepening, improvement and expansion of tourism resources of landscape, further tap its scientific and and cultural intentions, enhance the organic between scenery and humane tourism resources, change the simplistic development way at present into three-dimensional development way, put the stress on specialities, etc. so as to make tourism of landscape be everlasting.
