摘要
在海水溶液中的氯霉素分子可以越过皱纹盘鲍 H aliotis discus hannaiIno的体表结构进入其血淋巴液中。鲍血淋巴液中氯霉素的浓度与药浴液的氯霉素浓度、温度 (1 5℃~ 2 5℃ )均呈线性关系 ,药浴时间的效应表现为 S形逼近曲线。在 2 0℃的海水中 ,鲍血淋巴液中的氯霉素向体外扩散的半衰期为 42 min。
In sea water, chloramphenicol (CHL) molecules can osmose into the haemolymph of abalone through its body surface. The concentration of CHL in the abalone haemolymph is linearly related to the CHL concentration and to the temperature (15 ℃~25 ℃) of bathing solution, and shows a “S” curve with bathing time. The half life CHL in the haemolymph of abalone difuses into the sea water (20℃) is 42 minutes.
