摘要
以投资者在二级市场中对普通Ａ股股票的投资过程为对象，研究有关的交易过程：建立一个描写该过程的控制系统。
The author considers a process on an investment for the investor in secondary market. A control system on such process is established and the relation between input and output signal is studied.
