摘要
技术创新是一个通过投入各类技术资源促进经济增长和社会进步的系统过程。技术创新扩散使一项技术创新的潜在经济效益最大限度地发挥出来,促进技术经济系统向高级化发展。产业集群是技术创新的有效温床,技术创新是产业集群竞争力提升的动力源泉,产业集群增强了技术创新扩散。
Technological innovation is a process of changing varies of technological resource into economic growth and social development. Technological diffusion makes all economic potential function and promotes the evolution of technological economy. Industrial cluster is the basis of technological innovation which also makes the other improve competitive ability.
