摘要
桑皮纤维是一种纯天然的绿色纤维,具有极高的附加值。但在脱胶制取桑皮纤维的过程中产生大量的废水,限制了桑皮纤维的开发利用。文中采用调节pH值、混凝、Fenton试剂催化氧化、活性炭吸附等方法综合处理桑皮脱胶废水。研究结果表明,通过混凝-Fenton试剂催化氧化-活性炭法处理桑皮脱胶废水,COD总去除率达到97.92%,色度降到5倍。此方法处理桑皮脱胶废水效果明显、操作简单。
The mulberry fiber is one kind of natural green fibers, bearing very high added value. In the degumming process of the mulberry fiber, a great amount of wastewater will be created, which severely limits the development of the mulberry fiber. This paper treats the wastewater by adjusting the pH value, coagulating, catalytic oxidation using Fenton agent and activated carbon adsorption. The research results show that the treated water with adjustment of pH value, catalytic oxidation using Fenton and activated carbon adsorption can remove 97.92% of COD and get a chromaticity of 5 times decrease. This treatment process bears good effect and easy operation.
