高校校园体育文化建设是校园文化的重要组成部分,是贯彻全民健身计划、实施"素质教育"、培养学生终身体育意识和完成学校体育任务的主要途径,具有不可替代的教育功效。
The campus sports cultural construction is an important constituent in campus cultures. It is a leading method to implement the body-building plans for all the people; to carry out ＂the educations of qualities＂; to raise the student＇s awareness of lifelong physical exercises and to complete the school sports duty. It has a very strong educational effect.
