摘要
[目的]探讨三唑磷农药对大鼠的致癌作用。[方法]将1000只SD大鼠按混入饲料中的三唑磷不同剂量100mg/kg(A)、20mg/kg(B)、3mg/kg(C)、0.6mg/kg(D)和饲料中不混入三唑磷(E)随机分为5个组,各组均为200只左右,雌雄各半。喂饲染毒2年,分别干染毒后0.5、1、1.5、2年分批活杀解剖,对实验期间死亡大鼠即时剖杀,并作详细的病理组织学检查。[结果]实验有效动物总数为985只(A~E组分别为224、211、187、176、187只),共检出患瘤大鼠333只(A~E组分别为88、77、63、52、53只)。染毒A、B、C组肿瘤总发生率为36.7%,与对照组(E)28.3%比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=4.38,P<0.05);其中A~D组肿瘤发生率分别比对照组增高11.0%、8.2%、5.4%和1.3%;各组呈一定的剂量反应关系(相关系数r=-0.993 1,P<0.01)。染毒组检出肿瘤以乳腺纤维腺瘤为主(占63.2%,其中雌性占82.1%),其次为内分泌及生殖系统肿瘤(占22.9%)。[结论]大鼠在长期摄入较高剂量三唑磷农药后,肿瘤发生率有一定程度的增高。
[ Objective ] To explore the carcinogenicity of pesticide triazophos in rats shown in pathological changes. [ Methods ] 1000 SD rots were divided into five groups. Each rat in test groups was fed with different dosage of triazophos ( 100 mg/kg for group A, 20 mg/kg for B, 3 mg/kg for C, and 0.6 mg/kg for D ) for 2 years, and the rats with 0 mg/kg triazophos formed the control group( E ). The number of each group was about 200 with male to female ratio of 1 : 1. Pathologic minute examinations were carried out on the rats survived or died during the study. [ Results ] The number of effective rats in the study was 985 ( 224, 211, 187, 176, 187 in A-E Groups respectively ), in which 333 rats were found with tumors grown ( 88, 77, 63, 52, 53 in A-E Groups respectively ). The total incidence of tumor in test groups A, B, and C was 36.7%, but in control group was 28.3%, showed a significant difference( 2,2=4.38, P 〈 0.05). The incidence of tumor in groups A, B, C, and D showed an increase of 11.0%, 8.2%, 5.4%, and 1.3% respectively as compared with the control group. There was a linear relationship among the test groups ( r=-0.9931, P 〈 0.01 ). The mammary gland fibroadenoma was overwhelming in all tumors( 63.2% )in rats fed with triazophos, and among them female accounted 82.1%. The others were tumors of endocrine and genetic system ( 22.9% ). [ Conclusion ] Tumor incidence increased in rats as exposed to higher concentration of triazophos for a long period.
