1名81岁男性,有多年冠心病、高血压、糖尿病、脑梗死病史,因患类天疱疮使用肾上腺皮质激素类药治疗5个月。为改善微循环、提高免疫力,给予参芪扶正注射液250ml静脉滴注。7h后发现皮肤类天疱疮结痂部位渗血,并出现肉眼血尿,口腔有凝血块。PLT由163×109/L降为5×109/L。停用参芪扶正注射液,给予巴曲酶治疗后皮肤黏膜渗血停止,又静脉输注血浆230ml、血小板混悬液24U、酚磺乙胺3g,皮肤黏膜未再出血,尿色转为淡黄色,复查血小板逐渐恢复正常。
An 81 -year-old man with a history of coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and cerebral infarction for many years was given corticosteroids for treating pemphigoid for 5 months. Then he received 250 ml of Ⅳ Shenqifuzheng injection so as to improve microcirculation and enhance immunity. Seven hours later, he developed oozing of blood on the skin scabs of pemphigoid, gross haematuria, and sludged blood in the mouth. His platelet count decreased from 163 ×10^9/L to 5 ×10^9/L. Shenqifuzheng injection was stopped. The oozing of blood of his skin and mucosa stopped after treatment with batroxobin. He received IV plasma 230 ml, platelet suspension 24 U, and etamsylate 3 g. Then his skin and mucosa did not bleed, and the urine color turned pale yellow. The patient＇s platelet count gradually increased to normal limits.
