介绍一个用科里奥利质量流量计测量熔融沥青流量的系统.阐述了被测液体的工况物性、流程和工艺要求、仪表布置和调试等.试验结果表明,直接以质量流量这一参数控制沥青,排除了原用泵转速间接控制的各种影响因素,提高了沥青和干料的混捏质量.
The flow measuring system composed of Coriolis mass flowmeter for melting bitumen is introduced. The operational features of the measured liquid, process, technique requirement, instrument layoutand the test are described. The test data show that various affecting factors in indirect measurement of rotating speed of the pump can be eliminated by controlling bitumen process with direct mass flow measurement, thus the make-up quality for bitumen and dry material is enhanced.
