摘要
介绍涤纶工业丝生产中侧吹风装置的结构及工作原理;详细介绍涤纶工业丝生产中环形吹风装置结构、环吹头周向风速差异率测定、风量核定;通过生产相同规格的多孔粗旦产品,对侧吹风装置和环形吹风装置进行了比较,结果显示:要取得优等品,有必要使用环形吹风装置。
This paper introduced the structure and the principle of side blowing quench air system and in detail introduced the circular blowing quench system structure, circumferential air speed difference rate test of circular blowing head, air volume check in the production of polyester industrial filament. Through the production of the same type products of foamed coarse-denier filament, contrasting the system of circular blowing quench and side blowing quench, the result showed that it＇s necessary to use circular blowing quench system to obtain the high-class products.
