摘要
对尿素醇解法合成氨基甲酸正丙酯工艺进行了系统的研究,全面考察了反应温度、原料配比、反应时间及搅拌速度等因素对反应性能的影响。研究发现在反应温度为135℃,正丙醇与尿素的摩尔比为4:1,搅拌速度为600转/分,反应3.5h,氨基甲酸正丙酯最高收率为83.6%。
The synthesis process of 1-propyl carbamate through urea alcoholysis method was systematically investigated in this paper.The effect of different factors on reaction performance were obtained,including reaction temperature,reaction time,ratio of the feeds,stirring speed and other appropriate reaction conditions.The following optimum operation conditions were determined;reaction temperature of 135 ℃,mole ratio of the n-propanol and urea 4;1,stirring speed of 500 rpm,reaction time of 3.5 h.Under such conditions the yield of 1-propyl earbamate is up to 83.6%.
