摘要
目的:观察维拉帕米在应激反应的抗氧化能力。方法:应用冷水浸头模拟应激刺激,将22只小白鼠随机分为四组,组Ⅰ、组Ⅱ组为对照组:应激前腹腔内不注生理盐水和注生理盐水。组Ⅲ、组Ⅳ为实验组:应激前分别注维拉帕米1mg/kg和2mg/kg,检测心肌组织中的脂质过氧化物(LPO)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的含量。结果:与组Ⅰ及组Ⅱ相比,组Ⅲ的心肌MDA及GSH-Px含量无显著改变(P>0.05),而组Ⅳ则显著降低,与组Ⅲ相比,组Ⅳ的心肌MDA及GSH-Px水平明显降低。结论:2mg/kg维拉帕米在应激反应时可减轻氧自由基对小鼠心肌的损伤。
Objective:To observe the protective effects of verapamil on myocardial lipid peroxides reaction during stress.Method:Twenty two mices were randomly divided into four groups:Group Ⅰ:simple control without any administration,Group Ⅱ:the control with intraperitoneal normal saline before stress stimulation.Group Ⅲ and Ⅳ:receiving intraperitoneal verapamil 1 mg/kg and 2 mg/kg before stress stimulation respectively.The stress response was induced with the mice head being forcedly submerged into cold water of 4℃ in 1 min,10 min later,the myocardial sample was taken to measure the contents of MDA and GSH Px.Result:As compared with those of Group Ⅰ and Ⅱ,the mycardial levels of MDA and GSH Px unchanged significantly (P>0.05) in Group Ⅲ but decreased markedly in Group Ⅳ(P<0.05).Both levels were lower dramatically in Group Ⅳthan those in Group Ⅲ (P<0.05).Conclusion:Intraperitoneal verapamil at the dose of 2 mg/kg can effectively protect mice myocardium from the oxygen free radical during stress response.
