摘要
从设备安装、冲管和调试3个不同阶段。介绍了电动汽机旁路的具体安装要求及调试过程中应该注意的问题,结合电动旁路安装调试中常见的实际情况,特别是针对目前电厂普遍存在的旁路阀门刚运行就产生的内漏现象,从安装调试的角度,说明了造成了内漏的主要原因并提出了解决办法,充分说明了电动旁路安装调试工作对设备正常运行的必要性和重要性。
Some points for attention have been described in the paper during installation and commissioning of electric turbine bypass system in three steps such as equipment fixing, pipe flashing and commissioning. The necessity and importance of the installation and commissioning work for the electric bypass system have fully introduced in the paper in view of the commissioning combined with common situation in the commissioning work, especially against the case of inside leakage of the bypass valve in the preliminary operation in existing power plants.
