摘要
介绍了风险管理决策的概念和流程,从堤防风险管理决策的主要内容、堤防安全评估体系的构建、堤防风险管理决策信息技术的发展3个方面展开对堤防风险管理决策的研究,归纳总结了堤防降低风险的风险管理决策措施。
The definition and flow of risk management and decision-making are introduced. Risk management and decision-making for levee is researched from three aspects： the main contents of risk management and decision-making for levee, the foundation of safety evaluation system for levee and its technology development. Risk management and decision-making measures of risk reduction for levee are outlined.
