摘要
从工厂排污口废水中分离.纯化并筛选出一株降解十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚(Brij-30)的菌株,鉴定为伯克氏菌属(Pandoraca sp),命名为B30.当温度为30℃,pH5~8,底物浓度低于0.2g/L,且以蛋白胨做氮源时,菌株B30降解效果最好;Zn^2+Ca^2+、Al^3+、Fe^3+对菌株B30的生长及其降解性能具有较大的促进作用.在低浓度区(0.05-0.20g/L),菌株B30生长最快,降解活力性最强,12h内能将底物基本降解;在中等浓度区(0.40g,L左右),72h内能降解50%的底物;在高浓度区(0.80-1.50g/L),72h内底物的降解率在30%以下.
A bacterial strain B30 of degrading 12 alkyl-polyoxyethylene (Brij-30) was isolated, purified and sorted from the wastewater in pollution-outlets of a factory, and identified as Pandoraea sp.. At temperature of 30℃, pH of 5-8, Brij-30 concentration lowered 0.20g/L, protein peptone as the nitrogen source, bacterial strain B30 degradation effect was the best. Zn^2+, Ca^2+, Al^3+, Fe^3+ had greater promoting effect on the growth of bacterial strain B30 and its degradation property. At low concentration area (0.05-0.20g/L), bacterial strain B30 grew the quickest, degradation activity was the strongest, could degrade basically Brij-30-in 12h; in medium concentration area (about 0.40g/L), could degradate 50% Brij-30 in 72h; in high concentration area (0.80-1.50g/L), the degradation rate in 72h was lower under 30%.
